Socialists on the Run in Europe--Thrive Here.....

Interesting story in this morning's WaPost laying out the problems facing left-leaning parties in Europe as people there wake up to the staggering problems faced by years of "progressive" social policies. Too bad we're still in the fascination phase....

I can't believe you continue to accuse the Obama Administration of being socialists. You, sir, are obviously a racist.

There. That should settle this argument once and for all.

  2. Let us be honest. President Obama is not in the least bit qualified for the job. He is in way over his head. Has done and is doing more damage to America than has ever been done before or God willing ever will be done in the future.

The very fact that this man is in office speaks volumes about the abject ignorance and laziness of the American electorate. The ignorant went and voted and the lazy did not thus allowing the ignorant candidate to win.

Whenever a disparaging word is uttered about this dangerous man or his policies, the race card is played with abandon. Well these people have played the race card for no valid reason so often that it has lost all its efficacy and is an insult to those in our history who actually did suffer from real racism.

If questioning the fact that he has never held any job that required him to make decisions for which he alone would be held accountable is racist, then call me a proud racist.

If questioning his lack of a serious voting record is racist, then call me a proud racist.

If questioning his judgment due to the type people he chose to associate with and the unqualified people he has put into positions of power is racist, then call me a proud racist.

If mentioning the harm that his policies are doing to my country is racist, then call me a proud racist.

As the Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King in his I have a Dream speech said "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

Well I am judging President Obama not by the color of his skin, but by the lack of content in his character and so far his deficit of character is almost as great as the deficits that he is creating with his economic policies.

I would almost wish that he would come to the realization that he is not capable of doing the job and resign, but then I am not sure that this is not all part of an agenda to bring America to socialism and ruination. And, that would leave us with a President Biden. "GOD HELP AMERICA"

"He has done more damage..." Funny. Got a letter from James Carville today that said, "President Obama has done more for the United States in 6 months than President Bush did in 8 years." Never the twain shall meet. We are all screwed.

  4. Did Mr. Carville bother to enumerate or expound upon what it was that President Obama has done while doing more for the United States in 6 months than President Bush did in 8 years?

Admittedly, I am not an economist or a social engineer, but it appears to me that everything President Obama has done to date or plans to do in the future would fall under the category of what President Obama has DONE TO the United States and none of them are good.

And, as has been stated by others on numerous occasions, it is time for President Obama and his supporters to stand on his record rather than comparing it to former President Bush’s not so stellar record.

President Obama’s policies are akin to chopping off a man’s feet because a pair of shoes provided by President Bush caused blisters. He will no longer be bothered with blisters on his feet under the Obama policy, but the effect will be much more deleterious to an enjoyable life.
