This story is an absolute scandal. These retired flag and general officers should be highly regulated and closely watched.

Besides, then there'd be more cashing in for "Junior Mentors"!

    Senior and junior alike should be barred for several years to preclude participation in any DOD contracts in which people who were their recent former subordinates are in decision making positions.

    Perception is reality.
