Dems Letting DC Vouchers Die

Nice to see the WaPost editorial outing Reid and Durbin on this. Letting this voucher program die is ridiculous, and none of the Dems want to be seen as pulling the plug. So quietly doing nothing is as good as killing it.

Shameful.
