Now let's all show a little class and not be too hard on our baby blue brethren. I know what you're saying "but Hammer, they've cheated since forever, the whole school is corrupt to the bone and has been for years. They're liars and cheats and social climbing punks and they deserve to rot in Hell". Of course that's all true, and I feel your pain, but now is not the time to criticize. Now is the time for compassion and empathy.
And readers thought Hammer had no capacity for compassion...
I did find the comments of their head football coach, Butch Davis, to be somewhat of a validation of Hammer's "quoted" condemnation of Tar Heels: “I’m, to be honest with you, a little surprised and probably disappointed"
From Doc's heads up - "Government agents can sneak onto your property in the middle of the night, put a GPS device on the bottom of your car and keep track of everywhere you go. This doesn't violate your Fourth Amendment rights, because you do not have any reasonable expectation of privacy in your own driveway"
Let me tell you, if someone comes down my driveway in the middle of the night and starts messing around with my truck, it won't be the Fourth Amendment that I'll be exercising. That "quaint little relic of colonial times" amendment halfway to the fourth will do just fine.
