As a recovering fat boy, I understand the enthusiasm people have when they finally find something that works. They want to share it.
This guy wanted to blog about it, and the North Carolina Board of Dietetics/Nutrition tried to censor his blog, saying it was illegal for anyone without a government-issued dietician’s license to offer diet advice.
Really? Better ban sales of Cosmo, Men's Health, Shape, and just about every magazine out there.
I'm particularly sympathetic because what worked for this guy - high fat, low carb - worked for me, and also because I think that the professional dieticians of the world are the CAUSE of much of the obesity epidemic.

Stopped at the Barnes and Noble in Chapel Hill, NC to pick up a copy of the new Barry O biography, The Amateur. When they told me it was out of stock I thought, "It figures". Returned home to a B&N in a more conservative town and was told that it was also out of stock due to demand. Way to go Ed Klein!
