I've had a few conversations with friends who ask me what the big deal with Democrat pushed/Union based "Card Check" legislation, misnamed "The Employee Free Choice Act". Besides tripping the Democrat pushed/Union based algorithm in my internal processor, there are real and important reasons why this legislation is a dog.
Ned Rice does a better job of explaining why than I ever could.
How do you suppose some of these things get their names? 'Employee Free Choice Act' and 'Fairness Doctrine' when they're anything but? Seriously, how does this happen?
