A reasoned approach. Will the powers that be listen? Hell No! Quick aside: A few years ago (many actually) I had elbow surgery at Johns Hopkins. During a follow up visit my Dr. asked if I would like to meet Sugar Ray Leonard. I said sure so my Doc said hang around for about an hour and he would introduce us. Unfortunately I wanted to beat the Beltway traffic (the worst on the planet) so I couldn't. The point being, if some ragged-ass redneck from a little tobacco town in Eastern NC has access to some of the finest physicians in the world, that my friend is a heath care system we can all be proud of.
I forgot to mention Sugar Ray was getting his hand looked at. We had the same Doctor, my one and only "brush with greatness" moment (I can tell you're thrilled).
