Let's talk about the rule of law. Are laws something bureaucrats and elected officials can ignore with impunity? Are laws just vague guidelines? We have immigration laws up the ying yang and an administration that doesn't agree so they're not enforced. In Alaska we have a election write-in law that says the name must be spelled correctly (no exceptions) otherwise the ballot is invalid (they accepted Mur-cow-shit, no kidding). It seems we have given the powers that be too much discretion and it's turned into ad hoc law. In other words a country run by men and NOT laws.
Oh, another thing, how 'bout the sorry state Michael Steele has the RNC in? It was clear the Republicans didn't do as well as they should have this past election, this explains why.
