There really is nothing to like about this. The tenant is clearly trying to get over, using the security deposit to cover rent--which isn't what it is for.
The homeowner is ridiculous--love to know how much equity she has in the house she "owns". Bullshit. The bank owns it, and they're gonna take it back. She's doing to the bank what the tenant is doing to her. Too bad so sad.
The bank? Wonder if they got any TARP funding to cover their stupidity in lending to people like our "homeowner"?
The country that extended the TARP Funding? Well, I guess we'll keep borrowing from China to make sure an unbroken string of deadbeats on both ends of these transactions can be enabled in their villainy.
"These are ghetto people". I love it! Looks like we've got a new black Republican.
ReplyDeleteI think they're both loooooozzzzzers. But you have to hand it to the homeowner.
