taxation, about geometrically expanding entitlements, about tax breaks
and subsidies to induce actions pleasing to central planners. It’s about
free contraceptives for privileged students and welfare without work
— the latest Obama entitlement-by-decree that would fatally undermine
the great bipartisan welfare reform of 1996. It’s about endless
government handouts that, ironically, are crowding out necessary
spending on, yes, infrastructure.

Just who the hell does this guy think he is? He's not some absolutist king. He can't just decree the nullification of law. This is outrageous! This must be answered. This is a high crime and misdemeanor and Boehner should have introduced a resolution of impeachment the same day.
When he has a constituency with the IQ of a turd, he may say anything and it will ring true with his clueless, fawning followers because it will be reinforced by the MSM.
