Who Will Leave the GOP Race First?

A good summary of the GOP field here from the New York Times.  Who do you think will be the first candidate to drop out/suspend their candidacy?

My guess?  Bobby Jindal. Gone by January 31.

Lindsey Graham. He's a second string, second stringer. He's most likely running for VP but it's hopeless. He'll be lucky to get reelected in SC.

What I'd like to know from you CW is who does the establishment like? Which candidates are acceptable to the Arnold Palmer wing of the party and which aren't?

I'll not speak for the "establishment", just for myself. Will that suffice?

Bush, Walker, Rubio, Perry, Fiorina, Kasich -- acceptable

Cruz, Trump, Paul, Carson -- Unacceptable

Everyone else -- unimportant.

I don't like Ted Cruz very much at all, but I applaud his performance in the Senate over the weekend. Senate Republican leadership is (as you have pointed out many times here), reprehensible. This weekend's performance was evidence.

Plus McConnell wouldn't allow amendments to defund Planned Parenthood on some highway bill to be added by Cruz even though he allowed other amendments.
What an asshole.
