Journalists Arrested in Egypt
The Washington Post breathlessly informs us that journalists have been arrested in Egypt. No word yet from the American Bar Association if lawyers have been arrested, the American Medical Association if doctors have been arrested, or the US Post Office if letter-carriers have been arrested.

The telegraph had photos of the perky Katie Couric frolicking on South Miami Beach with a 30 something boy toy (he had a six pack, just like me). Of course Katie is well north of 50 so prancing around with a gigolo is a bit unseemly.
Anyway I watched Harry "he's not gay, no really" Smith's intro on the CBS Evening News and he said "Katie is on assignment tonight". This implication was she was in Egypt doing background or something. Sgt. Major and me laughed our asses off. Sgt. said "did he say on assignment or on Simon".
