In a previous comment, Colonel Dan pointed us to reports that Mr. Matthews referred to West Point as "...the enemy camp" in his analysis of the speech last night. Here's the clip.
The audience was respectful, formal and appropriate. As I said earlier, if anything, the President seemed listless. There was little of the Sunday preacher voice we get when he's demonizing Wall Street or insurance companies. It was straightforward and unemotional.
Matthews is a profound idiot though. West Point is hardly enemy territory of the Commander-in-Chief.

That's who they are. That's how they think. Marxists believe classes within countries have more in common with each other than with differing classes within their own country. That's why they are the hate America first crowd. They identify with terrorists because terrorists hate George Bush (Republicans/capitalists/whatever) too.
