Andy McCarthy Asks A Good Sotomayor Question
McCarthy is one of the best minds on National Review's payroll. He asks a simple question here--would Sotomayor's own words be enough to disqualify her for jury duty?

Why not? She is another liberal Democrat who unlike conservative Republicans has been true to her and their values.
They see nothing wrong with it, and we have squandered our moral capital.
