For years and years, we've listened to Euros and Liberals rail against extraordinary rendition (something started, by the way, by Bill Clinton). Added to the list of George Bush's many sins in the war on terror, rendition was just another one of those imperial over-reaches that the US was perpetrating upon the poor rest of the world.
Guess what? President Obama thinks rendition is a tool he'd like in his bag. It is amazing how much of the Bush plan will continue for years to come, gussied up now that The One is behind it.
