Here's an excellent opportunity for some of the great writers who regularly comment here to put their brains to work in the service of their fellow man.
The Center for Strategic and International Studies is sponsoring an essay contest, with $1000 going to the essay that best answers the question:
"What is the most important thing the U.S. can do to improve global health over the next 15 years?"

Here it is in seven words "Provide brain transplants for the liberal left."
That depends on your definition of "global health"...
Shakespeare said kill all the lawyers. I say kill all the leftists. There have been innumerable public health projects sponsored by the US in third world countries blackballed by the international left because some contractor would actually make a profit for doing the work. So no clean water or sewers for Bangladesh. Also DDT, an incredibly safe, cheap and effective insecticide so important for fighting malaria, again killed by the left.
One thing you have to know about leftists, they don't give a damn about people.

3 words: conduct a Pelosiectomy.
If I just talk about writing a great paper, can I win?
