Just When You Thought They Couldn't get Any Lamer...

Obama for America has now launched 'Attack Watch.' Similar to the crybaby 'Fight the Smears' campaign in 2008, this is how they're pushing back on any criticism of their guy.

So if you see or hear of anyone casting aspersions on the President, better let them know.

Check it out here. Interestingly, the bulk of the info on it is...attacks on other people.

I just got an "invite from Barak" to have dinner with him and three other 'supporters.' If I send in $5 (read the fine print--you really don't have to pay) my name will be entered into the sweepstake (is Ed McMahon running this campaign?) and if my name is selected and I pass a background check, I will be flown and put up for the night of dinner. At dinner we will discuss ways we can get the word out to voters on just how good Barak (apparently we are now on a first name basis) is for this country.

I'm not going to pass the background investigation (there's a clause that says the selection panel can deselect winners for any reason including potential disruption of the event--I'm guessing my question about how can I explain to voters why he submitted the budget he did last February when he was being the adult in the discussion of the national deficit might be construed as disruptive) but I always like a good sweepstake so I'm submitting my name anyway. I also signed up for the report-my-fellow-citizen-for-his-political-thoughts patrol. I can't wait to get my governement issue brown shirt and arm band and, by gosh, I think signing up for these kinds of activities is precisely how I'll get myselt to the front of that line.

Shall we call this new breed of brown shirts - The DP - as in Denkenpolizei? Thought Police!
