The Super Bowl

Arizona? Arizona? Are you kidding me? We're going to have a Super Bowl with the Arizona Cardinals in it?

Here's my take on pro football. I pull for teams that existed in the League when I was a kid. The first two teams to be automatically out of contention were the Seahawks and the Buccaneers. Moving to a new city is a borderline reason for dismissal (Cardinals, Colts).

Bottom line is I gotta pull for the Steelers.

Aren't the Ravens really the old Browns?

Yes, they are Ken... good catch.

I would like to know what the Vegas line on the Cardinals making the Super Bowl was at the beginning of the season...

They were at 50/1 to be in the Super Bowl. Oh for a crystal ball and $100 laying around on 1 August 2008....

I thought the Ravens were the old prison team from The Longest Yard...except that team was kinda likeable. Too many criminals on the Ravens for me. CW, I like your rationale. Works for me to.

And no Major League Baseball teams farther south than Baltimore, not farther west than hugging the Mississippi River and no farther north than the US-Canada border.
