This guy is into predictions obviously; 75% here, 90/10 there. God only knows. But my prediction is this. There are so many deals and so much baggage with this bill if they start picking away with reconciliation and amendments etc. etc., this thing could fall apart very easily. It's a mishmash of crap held together by bubblegum and special interest. A defeat for a Democrat in ultra-uber-arch-liberal Mass. is just the thing to scare the hell out of Dem Senators in red states (and blue too). Keep your eye on Blanche Lincoln.
