Radio Show Bleg

It's almost that time of week again, friends, when we sit by our radios (or in this case, our computers acting like radios) to listen to The Conservative Wahoo Live!  Yes, that's right---tomorrow night at 8PM we'll do it again.

So what would you like covered?  Any hot topics you think are particularly worthy of mention?

After sleeping on this and digesting it, I have concluded this is a seminal work everyone must read. It reminds me of a the line in an old Stanley Kubrick film. An Irish ne'er-do-well (aren't they all) has married a noble and is trying to buy a peerage. His sponsor in describing the aristocracy says; we're not the richest, nor the brightest, nor the most beautiful, nor the most moral or pious, we're just the best people.

Lots in the press recently about cheating becoming more widespread, more overlooked and less understood by the offenders. As society essentially runs on trust, what does this trend portend as these youth become the adults of the future. If 60% of students cheat for whatever reason, what happens when they are the industry leaders and workerbees of the next several decades. For conservatives who want the free market to succeed, how does it work if most of the actors have grown up with a misunderstanding of honesty.

Kagan out of committee heading to the Senate. Commerce clause and the individual mandate. A Moment of Silence for the Lead Husky. USDA Sherrod forced to resign over comments 24 years ago at an NAACP event. If the tables were turned, we would have, oh, LA riots?

Top Secret America. Who will watch the watchers? Shouldn't good classical liberals everywhere be concerned about the Surveillance Industrial Complex? Too much of a good thing? Will we ever be able rein in an apparatus that large? How does one maintain control of it? Recalling the Milgram controlled shock experiments, what happens when a figure with authority over some organ of this organism, directs surveillance against our own people for nefarious means?
