Big Fat Friday Free For All

Well folks, not quite as fat as usual a BFFFFA...weighed in at 181.8 today, down just over 13 pounds.

Not so fast my friend. I went for a follow-up to my yearly physical and I've lost 28 lbs. since April.

I know what you're thinking. Hammer, how is that possible? We know your lifestyle, you're a fat, fried chicken and BBQ eating drunk, and you haven't changed. What's your secret?

There's no secret boys and girls. I'm just getting drunk and over-eating smarter, not harder.

I've discovered a combination of supplements that raise my testosterone levels, so my body burns more fat. And now, when I tell a waitress she's got a nice set of puppies, she knows I mean bidnez!

Hammer, share your secrets! I'm doing the low-carb thing, which has dropped around 35 since Jan 4, but a whole lot of excercise in there, too.

I read in Timothy Ferriss' 4-hour body that fructose makes your liver fat (bad) and raises albumin, which binds to testosterone. So eliminating sugar in general is good for men, eliminating fructose in particulare is great.
