What An Angel

This vision of 70’s loveliness was responsible for several anguished nights and a drawer full of unwearable colored socks for this altar boy. But alas, Farrah Fawcett now belongs to the ages. Together with bionic man Lee Majors, Fawcett comprised the better looking half of the 1970's Hollywood power couple – a Bradgelina for the leisure suit generation.

Following her divorce from Majors, Fawcett went on to fame in her own right as star of “Charlie’s Angels”, although her success on that show never seem to translate to the silver screen. However, Fawcett received critical acclaim and career resurgence in the mid 1980’s for her role as a battered spouse in the TV movie “The Burning Bed.” She also captured more than her share of tabloid headlines over the years through her tumultuous relationship with actor Ryan O’Neil.

Grab your bikini Angel, you’re on a mission to eternal rest…you've earned it.

And ironically, alter boy posters presented similar issues for the late Michael Jackson.

I see Farah's death as a serious sign of my own mortality. Granted she went at a relatively early 62, but as a conscious being, I've witnessed the rise, zenith, nadir and death of a certified sex symbol in my lifetime. Time flies.

I was referring to sock puppets. She inspired me to get into the performing arts. What did you think I meant?

OMG GG, I'm peeing my pants here. The socks. I'm just thinking about our mother's comment vis-a-vis socks found in someone's drawer in the upstairs middle bedroom!

One should always use his brother's socks and put them back from whence they came.
