Good morning all--
Today's weigh in was 182.2 (start of diet June 1 was 189).
Someone asked if there were a goal weight last week--I suppose there is....159 lbs. At this weight by most "Body Mass Index" calculations, I will no longer be "overweight". So I need to crack that figure.
