Jacko Not Coming Backo
*sigh* So many ways to go with this one…so many ways. If anyone were to tell me a few weeks ago that David Carradine would out-weird Michael Jackson in death, I’d say they were nuts. Michael Jackson in a hotel room in Thailand, now that makes sense!

Thanks double G, I pimped your remarks for my Facebook page.
During futile attempts to hear what is going on in the world (like in either of the two countries in which we are fighting wars) tonight, I soon realized that this night's coverage belongs to Michael Jackson with a cameo appearance by Ms Fawcett. Never understood the worship of this pedophile. Music was okay, certainly better than the disco I had to endure in my teens but so what? This adult male fondled young boys. It's as if the only way anyone would object would be if he announced an affiliation with the GoP. I don't own any of his recordings and I won't be rushing to download any of them now. And I'll sleep just fine tonight despite every newscaster telling me I should be utterly devastated.
This is a terrible way to mark the annual event known as "McGarbler Fest," especially since it fell on my birthday.
True story from today -- we were conducting a field exercise and had CNN playing in the command post. News of Farrah Fawcett's death came on the TV. One of my sergeants said, "I wonder who is going to die next, since celebrity deaths come in three." He was referring to Ed McMahon's and Farrah's deaths. 5 hours later, we would have our answer. I told him to go buy a lottery ticket.
Didn't watch the news yesterday. Did they cut away to get Obama's reaction?
OMG. LOVE corganks comment!
If you guys are tired already of MJ coverage, just wait for the nonstop coverage we'll be seeing for Ted Kennedy.
Sally - If he goes within the next few days, could you say something similar for Pelosi?
Did I sleep right through Michael Jackson's Sainthood?
Dear Old Dad: If I had milk in my mouth while reading your post, it would have certainly come out of my nose!
In honor of Michael Jackson, they lowered their pants to half-staff at the NAMBLA headquarters today.
Anonymous - Some advice, you should probably have prefaced that with "I read that..." to prevent the question, "Oh yeah? How do you know what happened at the NAMBLA headquarters."
