Blago (sorta) Beats The Rap
I'm not sure what I find more interesting in this case--the befuddling ineptitude (yet again) of US Attorney Fitzgerald (he of the ridiculous Valerie Plame/Scooter Libbey nightmare) or the near certainty of there not being a jury pool in Chicago untainted enough to convict an obvious felon.

Reminds me of the line from "Apocalypse Now". Blago's indictment is like handing out speeding tickets at the Indy 500.
