It demonstrates how rising powers, traditional American allies, having watched this administration in action, have decided that there's no cost in lining up with America's enemies and no profit in lining up with a U.S. president given to apologies and appeasement.
Ooo, that one landed.
LBJ gave us Vietnam. Jimmy Carter gave us a highly radicalized Iran (and by extension Radical Islam). Bill Clinton gave us a resurgent China with no strings attached for our trade and technology transfers. But Obama is giving us the full package. In a couple of years Cuba will be invading Key West.
Invading Key West? Via Miami, probably.
So what? They can HAVE Key West. The land of burnouts, rump rangers and tar balls.
