This is unsatisfactory. After all, the man's been President-elect for eight days now and we don't have a SINGLE cabinet officer named! This could be a sign of internal strife. Or it could be a sign of indecisiveness. Or it could be a sign of a chaotic atmosphere. Or it could be a sign of an inability to attract desired talent.......
Or it could be that the new President is taking his time, looking to pick the right people for the right jobs.
The press will not give him much more time....

I like to call this the microwave phenomenon... we have developed into a society that wants everything in an instant...
You're joking, right? The press will give him two years if that's how long it takes. And will praise his careful deliberations.
This is getting a little silly, though. It's not as if he hasn't been thinking about these things for months. Did you hear Hillary is being considered for State? Team of Rivals approach, indeed. She won't be doing much to help him in the Senate, so this may be a smart move for him to marginalize her.
Wahooligan, I call it the Pringle's phenomenon. Pop the top and out pours perfectly formed, delicious....potato crisps. Microwaves take too long.
And don't worry about the press, they'll blame any delays on the fact that Obama has to clean-up the Bush mess first.
Or it could be a result of the screening questionnaire that the new administration is giving to all potential candidates.
This is a pretty invasive quiz. This may be a reason for the dearth of candidates.
